Phase-I Preliminary Exam (100 marks), Phase-II Main Exam (250 marks), Phase-III Psychometric Test, Group Exercise (20 marks) & Interview (30 marks).
Marking Scheme: 0.25 negative marks per incorrect answer in Phase-I and Phase-II objective tests.
